Worcestershire Sauce Wings

喼汁雞翼


Delicious and easy to make chopsticks licking good chicken wings. Saucy, sweet and tangy. Try these wings with a beer or have them as a main dish with rice!

Ingredients:

1 lb wings
2 garlic cloves
1 shallot

Marinade:

⅓ tsp salt
⅓ tsp sugar
1 tbs cooking wine
A dash of ground white pepper
½ tsp cornstarch

Seasoning:

⅓ cup of chicken stock
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp ketchup

Method:

  1. Wash and dry chicken wings, add in marinade ingredients and let wings marinade for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Heat 2 tbs of oil and fry chicken wings over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. This step is to help brown and cook the outer surface of the wings.

  3. Add garlic and shallots, pour in seasoning ingredients. Let cook in low heat for about 7-8 minutes with the lid on.

  4. Before serving, garnish the wings with sesame and green onion to enhance the flavour.

喼汁雞翼

嘗試做這個容易,簡單酸甜香口雞翼。配啤酒更和味!

材料:

雞中翼1磅
蒜肉2粒切片
乾蔥1粒切片

醃料:

鹽1/3茶匙
糖1/3茶匙
酒1湯匙 
胡椒粉少許
生粉半茶匙

調味:

清雞湯1/3杯
生抽1茶匙
糖2茶匙
喼汁1 1/2湯匙
茄汁2茶匙

做法:

  1. 雞翼洗淨抹干,加入醃料撈匀醃30分鐘。

  2. 燒熱2湯匙油,放入雞翼中火煎至兩面金黃色,放鑊邊。

  3. 加乾蔥,蒜片在鑊中心爆香賛酒,倒入調味料,加蓋慢火煮約7至8分鐘,煮至汁𤂑,即可上碟供食。

  4. 可在面洒上芝麻,蔥粒更美觀 。
