Baked Garlic Butter Halibut

蒜蓉牛油焗比目魚扒

A simple, easy and delicious halibut recipe. Butter and garlic compliments the sweetness of halibut steaks. These halibut steaks are really convenient to have in the freezer.

Ingredients:
400g halibut steak
1 tbs minced garlic
2 tbs butter
¾ tsp salt
1 tbs green onions

Method:

  1. Thaw halibut steak, wash and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt.

  2. Combine softened butter and minced garlic, mix well.

  3. Apply garlic butter onto halibut steak. 

  4. Preheat the oven and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Broil at 500°F for another 4 minutes. Add green onion and it’s ready to serve. 

Notes:

  • Broil at 500°F for 4 minutes to give a slight golden finish.

蒜蓉牛油焗比目魚扒

一個簡單美味的比目魚食譜。 牛油和大蒜與比目魚的甜味相得益彰。 這些比目魚放在冰箱裡真的很方便。

材料:

急凍比目魚扒400克
蒜茸1湯匙
牛油2湯匙
鹽3/4茶匙
蔥粒1湯匙

做法:

  1. 比目魚扒解凍、洗淨、抹乾水份、用鹽搽匀比目魚、擺放碟中。

  2. 牛油放軟、加入蒜蓉撈勻。

  3. 將撈好的牛油分放魚扒面上 。

  4. 放入預熱焗爐用375度焗10分鐘,再用Broil面火焗4分鐘至金黃色, 取出灑上蔥粒即可供食

注:

  • Broil (烤) 波即500度F面火
